MyRichFarm encourages farm leasing among players. If you don't have much time to manage your farms, you can decide to divide some of your daily income as commission for other players helping take care of your farms. The tenancy and tenant's share percentage can be freely set by the farm owner.

How to rent out the farm?

1. Enter ALL Assets, choose I'm Owner and click the farm you are going to sell

2. Complete the required information: tenant's address, tenancy and share percentage (commission)

3. Initiate contract

When the contract expires, the system will send an email to the owner and tenant. You can decide whether to rent or not.

If you would like to start from scratch with 0 RCH, just ask someone or your friends who play MyRichFarm for leasing out their farms to you. You can get some shares of their farm income through your management for them. Then use the RCH saved to purchase a farm.
